the 360 that give feedback to employees as other people see
them.
The Highlands Program for Corporations
The Highlands Program provides an employee development
program that consists of an assessment that measures abilities,
an individual feedback session and subsequent workshops. It
gives information as to communication and learning styles,
work competencies, and work roles that are good fits. By an
employee knowing their optimal work situation, she can formulate
a better career developmental plan.
The program consists of:
- The Highlands Ability Assessment
which includes work roles
- 2 hour individual or group feedback
