This includes high school or college students wanting more clarification for choosing further education, workers who are downsized, or professionals who are unsatisfied with current careers. We can help individuals are from ages 15 and above.

We understand you work hard to create your life and earn a living. We want to help you to succeed, and to achieve your goals. We provide excellent coaching and assessments. We also work with other organizations and experts to offer you the best results, services and products.

Career Matters works with companies to improve the utility and satisfaction for each employee. From C-Level executives to operational staff, our programs can help employees identify their professional strengths and help them chart their work trajectories.

How we do it…
TOOLS & ASSESSMENTS

We employ several robust assessments in providing our services. The most comprehensive assessment we offer is the Highlands Ability Battery. Additionally, we utilize the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers Briggs (MBTI) Forms M & Q, the 360° performance evaluation, and other specialized assessments.

COACHING & TRAINING
Coaching and groups are also offered for all participants and clients. Groups are an amazingly effective way to connect with more people experiencing career change – in a stimulating environment; or to discuss the next stage of a career. In some instances, one-on-one interaction produces the best results.

ANNE GOTTLIEB ANGERMAN, MS, PRESIDENT


After an extensive career in professional development, Career Matters was founded by Anne Gottlieb Angerman, MS in 1998. She is an outstanding career strategist and coach. Her expertise and wisdom in training, consulting and business allow her to offer insight and support with variety of clients and situations.

Her credentials include:
