Group Programs
We provide assessments, group programs, feedback sessions,
keynote speaking,workshops and follow-up coaching sessions for:
- Educational Groups – Schools, alumni associations, colleges, continuing education
- Professional Groups – Examples: Young President’s Organization (YPO), Bar Associations, Chambers of Commerce, city governments, medical offices
- Social Groups – Examples: Kiwanis, Rotary, Lions
Assessments
* The Highlands Ability Assessment – This gold standard comprehensive assessment is one that analyzes an individuals abilities— the participant’s permanent set of talents. The Highlands uses objective hands-on work samples to measure 22 separate abilities. The test is available on a CD or Internet and takes about 3 ½ hours to complete. A 25-page report is available.
* Myers Briggs (MBTI) ® - This 20 minute self- report paper and pencil inventory is one of the most widely used personality instruments in the world today that utilizes Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types. By learning which of 16 personality types into which a person fits, a person can find a better fit for a career and work setting. It also provides a great tool for a workshop for teams or co-workers to see differences in communication.
These assessments are taken prior to the meeting and the results available at the meeting.
Individual Feedback and Coaching
One-on-one coaching sessions are available for attendees to develop complete understanding of their individual results.
