How We Do It
TOOLS & ASSESSMENTS
We employ several robust assessments in providing our services. The most comprehensive assessment we offer is the Highlands Ability Battery. Additionally, we utilize the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers Briggs (MBTI) Forms M & Q and other specialized assessments.
COACHING & TRAINING
Coaching and groups are also offered for all participants and clients. Groups are an amazingly effective way to connect with more people experiencing career change – in a stimulating environment; or to discuss the next stage of a career. In some instances, one-on-one interaction produces the best results.
